we had an amazin stay for my hubby's 60th bday. the waterfront room was fab, we loved the view of the river and the little extras like the welcome platter were so sweet. big shoutout to the staff who were super friendly, they made us feel so welcome! the breaky was lush with loads of options, best way to start the day! the little town is cute and we enjoyed our boat trip down the river too.
the only thing that was a bit of a downer was that the leisure facility lockers weren't lockable, which was a little sketchy for our valuables. also, some noise from outside got in at night.

Loved the location right on the River Shannon! The view from my room was incredible, especially at sunset. The terrace offered a nice spot for morning coffee. Breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were upbeat and helpful. The room was comfortable with well-thought-out amenities. there were hiccups with the shower. It took a while to find the right temperature, a bit annoying in the morning rush. the food service in the restaurant was inconsistent. One evening, my order took ages to arrive, and it felt disorganized. While I enjoyed my time here, these issues made it less than perfect.

Amazing staff and views!
We really loved the lakeside views from our room. Waking up to that was unreal! The staff were super friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was plentiful and had so many tasty options. One thing though, the towels at the pool could have been better. If you're looking for good vibes, this is the place!

Our stay in the lovely riverside apartment was just fantastic, with a big room and a wonderful terrace to enjoy. We loved the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace for some relaxation. The only small hiccup was the TV which wasn't working quite right, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😄

Amazing views and comfy stay
Wow, the views from our lakeside room were just stunning! Seriously, sipping wine on the balcony while watching the sunset was a highlight. The room itself was super cozy and had a huge shower. Only bummer was a bit of a wait for food in the bar, but the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome.

On arrival, the room felt cold and took a while to heat up, which could be uncomfortable if check-in is delayed. There were issues with cleanliness. the carpet had debris and the changing area in the leisure facilities was poorly maintained with used towels and hair around. Plus, noise from outside and neighboring rooms often disrupted sleep, which can be a dealbreaker for weary travelers. the lack of a lift in the hotel posed a challenge, especially coming in with heavy bags. Lastly, the meals can be hit or miss, with long wait times impacting the overall dining experience.
